What you need to know
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: Per-hour Wage commensurate with experience in this industry or comparative industry. Wage potential of up to $30+/hour depending on MOECC licensing and experience.
Work Location: Strathroy, ON Location, travelling daily throughout South Western Ontario.

What to expect
Lead and mentor a drill crew while maintaining the highest industry safety standards and procedures.
Operate and maintain specialized drilling equipment and troubleshoot minor repairs.
Maintain drilling reports, both electronically using company software and on paper, well logs, repair orders, etc., and approve employees’ required paperwork.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round.
An average working schedule week is Monday-Friday, at least 50 hours/week. Anything beyond 44 hours a week is considered overtime. Occasional Saturdays worked if an emergency warrants our services.
What is required?
2+ years’ drilling experience.
Valid AZ / DZ driver’s license with a good driving record. Must provide a current Driver abstract (MVR) and CVOR Driver abstract (CVDR).
Must be able to lift heavy weights (50 lb+) on a repetitive basis.
A positive and serviceable attitude.
Ability to communicate professionally with fellow team members as well as our clients.
